What We Do

We serve alongside Japanese pastors and churches. Our work is not to replace local leadership, but to strengthen it.

On repeated trips to Japan we have:

  • Encouraged weary pastors and church leaders

  • Helped train emerging leaders

  • Taught outreach and evangelism

  • Led short-term mission teams

  • Consulted with churches seeking health, reform, and greater faithfulness to Scripture

We come as partners: listening first, serving next, and pointing always to the Word of God and the local church.

How We Serve

We believe the local church is God’s primary means of mission. Healthy churches, not agencies, are the long-term hope of Japan. So we aim to:

  • Honor Japanese pastors and congregations

  • Strengthen preaching, shepherding, and evangelism

  • Help churches grow in biblical conviction and practical faithfulness

  • Equip leaders who can train others

We labor for churches that are gospel-centered, Scripture-shaped, and serious about making disciples.

Many Fields, One Gospel

Japan is the focus of this ministry. Before and alongside that work, we have also served in evangelism and leadership training throughout the United States, Africa, and Asia. Those fields confirmed the same truth: people everywhere need Christ, and Christ builds His church through the faithful preaching of the gospel and the care of local congregations.

The nations differ. The Savior does not.
